SHOWSTOPPER COMPETITION! left after school friday, 6 hour bus ride to west virginia. finally got to the hotel, in the first 20 minutes we were there, a fat old lady comes out of her room and throws ice on joe, shofnos, and belinda. there was ice everywhere. then she came out again and yelled at us. then we got security to talk to her, but she didnt answer the phone or the door. so basically, we were staying with a crazy lady---but only in west virginia would this actually happen. then we woke up WAYYYY too early the next day for comp. waited all day, watched most groups, made fun of lots of groups (the whole cast of full house, including comet and rocket, girl with the boa falling on her head, the girl that fell 3 times....). Then it was time for us to go, and we kicked ass. we got 2nd place, simply got 2nd place, and we won best band. some other really fucked up thing happened but i dont wanna talk about it. then we kicked ass at chearing louder than everyone, and then CHS (w) CHS (w) was awesome. 6 hour bus ride home--lots of diet pepsi and monster to make a perfect ride. got home at 330-4, with jenny and lauren. talked w/ my parents until 530, then slept till 12. they left, i napped, and went on the computer for the first time in way tooo long! went out to dinner in bethesda with vasilios and christos, which was awesome. then we went to a party and had an awesome time. so weird talking to my old good friends for the first time in forever. basically it--sorry for lack of details. no one reads this anyway, its just a good way for me to remember what i do since i cant remember anything ever.

| what a weird week. monday: no school tuesday: school, showstoppers 5:30-7:30 wednesday: school, showstoppers 2:30-4:30 thursday: school, blast meeting, showstoppers 4-6 friday: school. then went to cold stone with rachel m, jenny, sara, and shannon...had my love it and 3/4 of rachels...soo much! then went back to my house, people came over, chilled, went to wendy's with tanya, stephen, kevin, sara. listened to high school musical...we would...and then drunk dials...! awesome. then went back to my house, and tanya stephen sara and i just sat around, basically gossiping about everything. saturday: showstopper workshop 10:00-6. actually rehearsed from 4-6ish. there was soo much yelling and arguing and bullshit and i honestly wanted to just leave. i was mad at everyone. my best friends, my enemies. everyone. then things kinda got better, and we ran out set and it was awesome. we had so much fun and did a really good job. then my camera broke....like full out broke and now i cant use it and im soo pissed. so i was in a really bad mood, but went to get gas and then stopped by best buy to see if they could fix it. after waiting in line for 30 minutes, i talk to the guy, find out more than $100 to fix it. this geek squad is bullshit. anyway, then people came over to watch the video of our performance. tanya, then joe and rami, then kevin andi and stephen (now known as skani), then lauren. then we went to carmen's ice cream, then to fallsgrove to get krispy kreme drive thru and get 1 donut. awesome. then we walked around (actually, just me and lauren) and then went back to my house. stephen, lauren, tanya, and i stargazed in my back yard, talking about what was a star and what was a plane, and what was moving, and which was brightest. now my head itches from the grass. but it was really a good ending to a bad day. and i havent hung out with jenny in like 100 years. | |

| exams...yuckkkk so yesterday i decided i was going to audition for footloose @ MTC, so well see how that goes... i had anatomy and math today...anat was pretty easy. it went by realllly fast. and precal--well lets just say i complelely forgot how to set up equations, therefore giving me minus 16 points right away....o well, screw it. after that i went to fuddruckers with jenny and lauren, and then kevin, andi, stephen, diana, shannon, and jono came. ok--honestly: if i werent to have called kevin, i wouldnt have been called. they were all goping out to eat, and like always, i hade to initiate the plans....i dont get it...what did i do wrong? why are my two "best" friends in SS treating me like shit? what happened to 3 muskateers bullshit...im so frustrated, and i just dont get how i went from being everyones friend, to not being liked.... and now this is turning into a vent and an i need attention blog, but its really supposed to be about how fun today was! so then carly and i went to go see wicked at the kennedy center. it was my first time seeing it, and honestly, it was only ok...i guess i just expected more. but it was sooo cool to see shannon there and ali, too. ali was actually in our row, but just further down...and shannon was on the bottom level, and my dad saw her waving...o it was really funny. and then on the way home we listned to my winter mix, and it was sooo funny rapping gold digger in front of my parents...im pretty sure my dads a fan of the song--but he would be, so yea... anyway, im soo tired, and i have a longgg day tomorrow. audition @ 4 dancing @ 7:30, be there at 6:30ish, until 12:30 | |
